Go into a major casino and play the slots and you could be at one machine for days before a casino employee will notice. Wait for a free drink and you’ll die of thirst.
If you want to play the slot machines yet be catered to as if you were a blackjack player, you have to go to some of the smaller slots parlors, perhaps in Reno or downtown Las Vegas.
In the smaller establishments, a greater percentage of the income comes from slots players, so the slots players are treated more nicely. Even so, don’t count on champagne. Beer and house liquor is about the best you can hope for.
